This is a legal agreement between you, the end user, and ImageDJ Corporation. Read this Agreement carefully before using this product. By using this product, you are considered to agree to accept the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree to the terms of this Agreement, please promptly return this product in the original package to the distributor/dealer from whom you purchased this product.

I. COPYRIGHTS & TRADEMARK
The associated contents, storage media and software are the property of IMAGEDJ and are protected by applicable copyright laws. The trademarks, logos and/or designs appearing anywhere of the imageDJ products are the trademarks, logos and/or designs of their respective trademark or copyright owners, and a license or consent for the use of the same shall be sought from the respective owners. IMAGEDJ reserves all rights which are not expressly granted by this Agreement.

II. TERMS & CONDITIONS:

1. Territory of Licensing : Worldwide.
2. Usage of the images: IMAGEDJ grants you a non-exclusive and non-transferable license to modify and use the images stored on the CD-ROM(s) (“the products” hereafter) in this package for purposes including but not limited to designing advertisements, web pages, non-for-sale posters. direct mail, catalogs, business cards, annual reports, and applying them thereon.
3. Limitations: Without a written approval by IMAGEDJ, you may NOT (a) use the products on more than 5 computers or computer terminals at the same time; (b) copy, reproduce rent, lease or grant the products or the IMAGEDJ products catalog in its entirety; (c) post the products on any electronic bulletin board or put the images on line in a downloadable format; (d) use the products on a website at a resolution higher than 72dpi; or (e) use or allow another person or entity to use the images to create scandalous, obscene, or immoral images.(f) use or register the products, including images, layers and photos, as trademarks, logos or publications. (g) produce merchandises for sale with the products, including but not limited to, greeting cards, postcards, calendars, mugs, apparels, mouse pads, puzzles, key chains, photo books, toys and models, unless obtaining an upgraded license from IMAGEDJ in advance. ; (h) using the products for educational purposes, please contact IMAGEDJ for details of Educational Licensing Programs.
4. Termination of the License
   If the licensee violates this license agreement, the any usage rights granted by IMAGEDJ will be terminated immediately. Upon termination the user must
   • Stop using any of the products.
   • Remove any contents that contain the products from any media owned by the licensee.
   • Remove and void any contents created by the licensee that contains the products.
   • Compensate the damage resulted by such violation to imageDJ, including the loss of sales and benefits, legal fee, litigation expenses and a fine up to NT$1,000,000.

GOVERNING LAW
This Agreement is governed by the laws of Taiwan. If any provision of this Agreement is found to be void and unenforceable, it shall not affect the validity of the other provisions, which shall remain valid and enforceable according to their terms.
